My story
Once I permanently moved countries in 2009, I wanted to continue my career in Human Resources. The challenges I faced were such as: I didn’t know what the format of Resume specifically in Australia is acceptable, salary ranges for my experience and skills and in different industries as well as requirements, what recruitment agencies I could contact and finally how to get a job without any local experience and permanent visa.
It took me months to search and ask around. I wish I could meet someone like me now to get directions on my profiles, Resume, and Cover Letter writing and interviewing skills.
I saw many international students and experienced immigrants struggling to find what I discovered for myself throughout the years. It encouraged me to establish this business, and I am very passionate about sharing my unique knowledge, which helps my clients find their dream jobs.
Later on, I noticed that small businesses require education on legislation, current changes, and NES. Most don't have an internal HR professional, but one-off HR services are needed.
